The magic blatterteig :D

Blatterteig or instant pie dough is so practical and I found out we could make so many kind of foods with it!
I've written how to make a simplistic apple strudel using it.
Other possibilities would be to make torta ai ricotta e spinaci like this :

or cheese sticks!
