Bubur ayam instant pot

3 cup beras
3 lt air (didihkan dulu di boiler supaya lebih cepat)
6 siung bawang putih / 1 sdm garlic powder
1 bawang bombay / 1 shallot besar
4 lbr daun jeruk
2 lbr daun salam 
2 helai serai
Ayam (fillet ayam / ayam bertulang)
Wortel, zucchini sesukanya untuk sayurnya

Setelah selesai tambahkan:
Kecap ikan, saus tiram
Garam, gula sedikit
Daun bawang, seledri

Cara:
Masukkan semua di instant pot
Set opsi Porridge / manual 40min high pressure
Immediate release

Bubur mutiara

bahan-bahan:

100 gr tapioca pearl

900 ml air

1 lbr daun pandan

3 sdm gula pasir (boleh lebih kalau suka manis)

250 ml santan instant


Didihkan air dgn heat 9, masukkan tapioca pearl, aduk sebentar, tutup, biarkan 5 menit

Pindahkan dari api, biarkan 30menit tertutup

Panaskan lg 7 menit dgn panas 7, aduk-aduk terus krn rentan gosong.

Pindahkan dari api, tuang gula dan pewarna makanan bila suka, aduk-aduk, tutup sampai airnya terserap tapioca

Azrius Pistachio Birthday Cake!



Azrius requested a pistachio cake for his third birthday! And after searching I've found this gem of a recipe that results in such moist, delicious pistachio cake that I've ever tasted!

Here's the original recipe: Italian pistachio cake

And here's my few alteration of the ingredients to make 2/3 of the recipe:

  • 4 egg yolk
  • 170 gr sugar -> 130 gr
  • 1-1/3 tbsp flour
  • 1-1/3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 227 gr pistachio, ground with food processor. Leaving coarse pieces are fine too
  • vanilla extract 2 ml
  • 4 egg whites

Beat egg yolks with 85 grm sugar until it is thick and coloured pale yellow.
Add sifted flour,  baking powder,  salt using low speed mixer. Add the remaining 45 gr sugar in the end.
Fold the pistachios and vanilla. This takes lots of power, and it became some kind of thick paste for me.
Beat egg whites to stiff peak. Fold not so gently to the pistachio paste until it forms rather uniform batter.
Bake on 160 degrees preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Add whipped cream on top.

resep Iga panggang milis ncc Ita Kustina

Ribs/Iga Panggang

Bahan :
500 gr ribs/iga
3 siung bawang putih, haluskan/cacah halus
2 sdm teriyaki marinade
2 sdm kecap asin
1 sdm kecap manis
1 sdm saus tomat
1 sdm saus sambal (optional)
1/4 sdt minyak wijen
1 sdm saus tiram
1/4 sdt lada hitam bubuk
oregano/mixed herbs secukupnya (optional)
1 sdt mentega

Pelengkap :
French Fries/Mashed potato
Sayur kukus

Cara membuat :
1. Campur semua bumbu kecuali mentega dalam sebuah wadah. Masukkan
iga, campur dengan bumbu. Tutup wadah. Biarkan semalam dalam kulkas.
2. Siapkan baki panggang yang sudah dialasi aluminium foil dan oleskan
sedikit mentega. Letakkan iga yang sudah diresapi bumbu dalam baki.
Panggang dengan api sedang selama kurang lebih setengah jam/sampai matang.
3. Sajikan dengan pelengkap.

Healthy, quick bread : Irish oatmeal soda bread

In search for a healthy bread for our morning breakfast everyday, preferably, eggless, sugarless, and containing oatmeal. Here's the bread I've made three times so far :



Based on Irish soda bread recipe with the most ratio of oatmeal vs flour combined with this

2 cups of oat flakes, ground
2 cups of all purpose flour (farina tipo 00) : I've substituted with 1 cup whole-meal flour + 1 cup all purpose flour with good result too
2 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of salt
500 ml of naturally sweetened low fat yoghurt (I found the result is very dense with just these)+ low fat milk up to 2-1/2 cups, or
500 ml of plain low fat yoghurt + water up to 2 cups + 1/4 cup honey + 1/4 cup olive oil
I also like to add 50 grams of almond, blitzed in food processor for more crunches inside the bread.

Mix thoroughly all the dry ingredients, form a well in the center, add all the wet ingredient in the center.
Fold in the batter with wooden spoon just until everything's mixed through, careful not to overwork the dough.
Pour in the pan. Make some slashes in the center.
Bake in 200 degrees celcius oven for 25 - 35 mins.
Test with a wooden skewer if the center has been cooked thoroughly, turn over, and knock the bottom with a wooden spoon, if it sounds hollow then it's done.

Cheese brownies ala vin

Lelehkan: 
A. Butter unsalted 225gr, sisihkan sampai hangat 

B. Dcc 150gr 
Mcc 150gr 
Whipping cream dairy 150gr --> 200 ml
(Lelehkan, sisihkan sampai hangat) 

Campur A+B 

Kocok lepas: 
Telur 4 butir 
Vanilla 1sdm 
Gula pasir 90gr -> 7 tbsp --> 1/3 cup

Bahan kering: 
Terigu protein sedang 135gr --> 1 cup - 1 tbsp
BP 1 sdt 
Salt 1/2 sdt 

Creamcheese filling (campur rata): --> could be skipped on lazy days :D
Creamcheese 200gr 
Gula halus 35gr -> 6 tbsp
Kuning telur 1 butir 

Cara buat: 
- masukkan kocokan telur ke adonan butter+coklat 
- masukkan bahan kering, aduk rata --> masukkan dengan mengayak terigu di atas adonan yg sedang diaduk agar terigu mudah tercampur
- siapkan loyang 24x24x4cm, olesi margarin+taburi cocoa powder (dasar+sisi) 
- tuang 2/3 adonan coklat ke loyang 
- tuang adonan keju, tutup dgn sisa adonan coklat 
- panggang suhu 180 derajat celcius kurang lebih 35 menit (sering cek setelah 25 menit, jangan overbaked) 
- tes tusuk, sampai ada bbrp crumble yg masih menempel. Angkat-dinginkan 
- sudah dingin, olesi tipis permukaan brownies dengan milk chocolate yg sudah dilelehkan.
