2 Eggs
1 tsp salt
1.5 cup flour
1.5 cup sugar
1.5 stick butter (170 grm melted)
4 drop vanilla
Carrot 1 (I used 2 small ones) shredded
0.5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Mix eggs and sugar first, then add everything else in and mix!
The result is a thick, sticky batter.
Bake 180 degrees, about 35 mins. Cover with aluminum foil if the top is browned early.
It really worked! S did everything by herself and she loves the result!
