Ingredients:
4 eggs, separated
200 grm sugar
180 grm butter
140 grm white wheat flour
1 small pack of vanilla powder
1 small pack of baking powder (lievito per dolci)
1 kg apples
lemon juice
How to prepare:
Mix the butter with sugar, add the egg yolks, flour, vanilla, baking powder, and a pinch of salkt.
Whip the white eggs separately until soft peaks formed, mix gently to the egg yolk batter.
Peel off the apples, cut into slices, and add sugar and the juice of half a lemon.
Mix with the batter. Blend gently, pour on a pan covered with baking paper.
Bake at 160 degree celcius for around 1 hour
